You Must Be 18 or Older

Mostpay is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. We verify age during registration and reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and any balance returned to the deposit source.

One Account Per Person

Each player is allowed one Mostpay account. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent restrictions is a violation of these terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held.

Withdrawals Go to Your Own Wallet

Mostpay only processes withdrawals to a payment method registered in your own name. We do not send funds to third-party accounts. This protects you and keeps the platform compliant with financial regulations applicable in Bangladesh.

Fair Play Is Non-Negotiable

Using bots, scripts, exploits, or any form of automated play is strictly prohibited on Mostpay. Collusion between players in skill-based games is also a violation. We monitor gameplay patterns continuously and act on confirmed violations without prior warning.

Bonuses Have Wagering Requirements

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Mostpay platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Mostpay. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Mostpay, including but not limited to real-money gaming, account management, deposit and withdrawal processing, bonus participation, and customer support interactions. Using any part of the Mostpay platform constitutes acceptance of these terms in their entirety.

These terms were last updated on 1 January 2025. Continued use of Mostpay after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Mostpay, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Mostpay does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
  • Jurisdiction: You must be accessing Mostpay from a jurisdiction where real-money online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify this before registering.
  • Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or with restricted legal capacity may not register.
  • Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on Mostpay or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
  • Not a Mostpay employee: Current employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Mostpay staff are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

Mostpay reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one Mostpay account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and a payment method registered in your own name. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

  • Username and password: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Mostpay will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
  • Account security: Enable two-factor authentication from your account settings. Mostpay is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
  • Verification: Mostpay may require identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any point deemed necessary. Accepted documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence.
  • Account updates: If your personal details change, you must update your account information promptly. Outdated information that causes a failed withdrawal or compliance issue is your responsibility.

04 Deposits and Payments

Mostpay accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Mostpay does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with your provider before depositing.

  • Processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to your Mostpay account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
  • Failed deposits: If a deposit is deducted from your payment wallet but not credited to your Mostpay account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
  • Currency: All transactions on Mostpay are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied.
  • Deposit limits: You may set personal deposit limits from your account settings at any time. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Never deposit funds you cannot afford to lose. Real-money gaming carries financial risk. Set a budget before you play and stick to it.

05 Withdrawals

Mostpay processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The average processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is under 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on your bank.

Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your Mostpay account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

  • Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in your account dashboard and varies by payment method.
  • Verification requirement: First-time withdrawals may require identity verification. Subsequent withdrawals may also be subject to verification checks at Mostpay's discretion.
  • Pending withdrawals: Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it enters a short review queue. You may cancel a pending withdrawal before it is processed from your transaction history page.
  • Withdrawal limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed in your account settings. Players with verified accounts may be eligible for higher limits upon request.
  • Bonus funds: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full details.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Mostpay offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free play credits, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion, as well as the general bonus rules outlined here.

  • Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the offer details.
  • Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game is listed in the promotion terms. Playing ineligible games while a bonus is active will not count toward the wagering requirement.
  • Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
  • One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. Activating a new bonus while one is already in progress will void the previous bonus and any associated wagering progress.
  • Abuse prevention: Mostpay monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. Accounts found to be exploiting promotions will have bonuses voided and may be subject to account review.
  • No cash alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the Mostpay platform.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on Mostpay use independently certified random number generators. Game outcomes are not influenced by Mostpay, by previous results, or by the size of your bet. Each game has its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface before you place any real-money wager.

Fair play is a condition of using Mostpay. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance:

  • Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to play games or interact with the platform.
  • Exploiting bugs: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known bug are void and must be returned.
  • Collusion: Coordinating with other players in skill-based games to manipulate outcomes or share information in a way that gives an unfair advantage.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider while funds are present in your Mostpay account. Doing so will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
  • Money laundering: Using Mostpay to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. Mostpay is required by law to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned. Mostpay is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

08 Responsible Gaming

Mostpay is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available directly in your account settings and can be activated at any time without contacting support.

  • Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
  • Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
  • Reality checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.
  • Cooling-off period: Take a break from gaming for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or play but can still withdraw your balance.
  • Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from Mostpay. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

09 Account Suspension and Termination

Mostpay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
  • Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against Mostpay
  • Confirmed use of automated tools, bots, or exploits
  • Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested
  • Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to verification. Mostpay is not obligated to return funds where closure is the result of confirmed fraud or terms violation.

You may close your own Mostpay account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be completed before the account is deactivated.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Mostpay platform — including but not limited to the Mostpay name, logo, game graphics, interface design, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Mostpay or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Mostpay content without prior written permission.

Your use of the Mostpay platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

Mostpay provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and are not liable for losses caused by technical outages, maintenance windows, or third-party service failures.

  • Mostpay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
  • Mostpay is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.
  • Mostpay is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or browser incompatibilities on the player's side.
  • In all cases, Mostpay's maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits Mostpay's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Privacy and Data

Mostpay collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on Mostpay, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. All data sharing is governed by appropriate data processing agreements and applicable privacy regulations.

13 Changes to These Terms

Mostpay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Mostpay platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
